The hotel offers beautiful and clean rooms but falls short in furnishing and cleanliness, with disappointing toiletries. The pricing, especially when adding the all-inclusive option, may seem exaggerated. The service is a mix of poorly educated staff on tours and fantastic overall service. The location has both positives, like being right on the beach, but lacks intimacy and proper air conditioning. The dining experience, although good, is not exceptional, and pricing may not align with the quality.
The hotel offers great, spacious rooms with balconies that provide spectacular views. However, there are some cleanliness issues like needing cleaning behind the table, and the room lacked a divider screen which was missed during our stay.
